Senior citizen with an 18" neck. I’ve tried several neck braces and every one is tight on me. I currently use a modified foam wedge from OMP, I tried an EVS R4. Any recommendations?
Well I can definitely recommend one you should NOT use: the Freem Road Runner. I’ve advised them that they need an “American” version.

The EVS motocross type seem to fit me loosely,
Leatt makes something you’d probably like. They are a bit pricey but most of them seem to fit the same, and plenty of them get put on sale.
