Thanks for the welcome. I’m a dad supporting my son’s hobby in Singapore. I just want to drop in with a big thank you to this community for sharing your knowledge. Son just started karting at the start of this year and raced for the first time in August. I have no karting experience. He just completed his second race last weekend. Rain was on forecast and son had never driven in rain before. Qualifying, heats, pre-final were all dry. He was in the back pack of 20 racers in all those races. Then came final and it poured. He came in top 10 overall and podium in the newbie category! How did we do it? Combination of little things as usual, but the biggest contributor as parent-coach for me has to be the wet driving coaching tips and setup I learned from this forum. THANK YOU!!
