Sorry guys. Ultimate noob question. Are these
Tyres stuffed or will they just scrub the excess rubber once they hit a track? These are what came on a second hand kart when i picked it up. Dunlop dfm’s.
There’s so much “clag” stuck to them I can’t really tell 
The clag (not a technical term) is what gets picked up
by your tires when you’re off the racing line, coasting down into the pits.
Looking at the inner edge of the tire, my guess is you still have some rubber left tires.

Run them at least for the first run of the kart, you’ll be getting used to everything that first run and making sure everything works anyway.
