One of the uprights that holds the side pods on my nerf bar broke the last time on the track. It should be fairly easy to weld, I’d imagine, but I’m thinking it might be good to have a spare. When I’ve typed it into a Google search, I’m not quite sure the best keywords to use to find the specific nerf bar. 02?
That’s a very dated chassis, I’m not sure of the model, but finding a replacement nerf bar could be tricky.
With that said, I’d do your best to recover the nerf bar by welding.

Is that an Esprit? I usually call them sidepod brackets. You’re looking for the older (pre 2004) style angled brackets.
Side Bumper Bars or Nerf Bars for “02” (2002) Bodywork.
Older angled nerf bars, as opposed to newer parallel nerf bars.
Angled nerf bars for “Breadbox”-style side pods.

I believe it’s a 1994 Espirit. Might be dated, but hey, it got me back into karting for $500. Yea, I know the generation I’m looking for, just been having a tough time finding them. I feel like it’s one of those things that with a Google search you have to hit the key words just right to get exactly what you need, otherwise you’ll only ever get close.
