OTK brake line information?

What type, and size of thread does OTK use?

I have a 2017 Fernando Alonso kart.

I think it is all M10 size.

Pictures of the master cylinder show a male to male adapter where the tubing to the caliper attaches. Is that an M10 to M10 adapter?

I’ve read about flared tubing connectors. Is that what is used?

Sorry if I’m using the wrong terms. This is a new area for me.

Are you trying to fabricate your own brake lines?

I’m planning to install a brake pressure transducer.

I haven’t found the AiM brake line adapter in the US.

So, I was thinking of getting a T adapter, attaching it to the master cylinder and somehow anchoring it. I was going to attach the line to the caliper to the perpendicular connection so that I can use the existing line. Then use a new short line and attach the sensor to it. The sensor will be anchored to the chassis. This way, there isn’t additional mass hanging on the master cylinder.

Gotcha! I don’t have OTK sitting around anymore to help, but here is a sample of the Unipro pressure setup for inspiration.

Awesome. I was planning to do the same thing.

Any worries about the additional load on the master cylinder because of the brake pressure apparatus?

I wouldn’t think so as long as the sensor isn’t bouncing around you should be okay. I’ve also seen them mounted back by the master cylinder and attached to the seat strut.
