Post a cool Pic of you in your Kart

No clue. The sponsor arranges to have a photographer at some of the races. So I would assume it’s all in post. But also my graphics are super bright.

This one shot on a google pixel.

Colors are real nice. I am gonna say he popped em up a touch. Nice effect.

I am in the Pacific Northwest so the green grass is actually that green.

Huh. The Google pixel shot is similar to the pro ones, saturation wise. PNW magic, I guess.

Can you change exposure time? Holy crap. I can’t imagine how hard it would be to track with a phone

No clue. Buddy was at the track and text me the photo.

Ooh! That’s nice. :camera_flash::camera_flash::camera_flash::camera_flash:

Couple photos of drivers I was coaching this year. I think I’ve posted enough of myself on this thread

How are you enjoying coaching?

How are you folks getting these pictures? Friends/ family at the track?

Reason I ask was because I was the track last week when a photgrapher approached me asking if I wanted “free” pictures. This was the first time outside of a CKNA event that I saw an official “looking” photographer at the track showing interest. He asked me if I was at another track the week prior, which I wasn’t, but I guess he has been making the rounds.

F-Series has a fella that shows up for races (Iqbal?) and does sports photos. He’s a pal of some of the guys and I think he puts them all up on FB in case anyone wants to order.

Chris’s enduros also seem to have a photographer that comes by (Clarke shots).

I think some sports photographer guys moonlight doing this for fun. Most of the Clarkshots or Iqbal photos I see on FB are high school athletics which seem to be their main gig.

This might be something I do when I’m too old and broken to kart. I used to be a photographer. Nicks into photography so maybe I get us an slr.

I take it you’re from Ireland then?

All my photos are either from our photo guy, ken repke, or my dad. Although this year I got no photos of myself because ken raced in my class and my dad… wasnt able to come to my races

Hey yes indeed from Ireland race KZ and MSA style 125 superkart

I really enjoy coaching. It’s fun being at the track and not racing myself every once in a while, plus I think it helps as a driver because I have to approach how to drive in a different way. How I understand driving isn’t necessarily how someone else is going to understand it so I learn new things myself from helping other drivers develop.
