found a 2023 praga x30 for a good deal but dont know much about them, any opinions on praga karts?
What is your intended use/goals?
Like most major brands, IPK/Praga has had streaks of very strong results and produce a good kart. If you have good access to support for parts and tuning advice, it’ll be a fine kart.

mostly club races and just a couple out of town races a year
I think the IKP quality is the best out there. A Praga can certainly run at the front.
