Just picked up a new kart for my son to race in jr2. Should I leave the 3rd bearing cassette in it or remove it? Trying to reduce driveline drag as much as possible is the reason to remove it. I have had it in the last couple of races zip tied, but thinking about taking it out. Recommendations? Thanks.
3rd bearing in or out doesn’t make any difference. Better to keep it in there, loose, in case you want to use it to make a tuning adjustment.
