Rev limited engines - any substantial effect on plug readings?

Before trying to further refine the carburetion of my Rok GP I thought it would be worth asking those who have experience with rev limited two stroke engines if there’s a substantial impact to the accuracy of plug readings based on the engine being rev limited? After getting my gearing sorted to my satisfaction, I’m now on the limiter for at least half the main straight because of the nature of the rest of the track (e.g., twisty and tight). Thanks!
