Slight delay added to opening round, but worth the wait it seems.
ROK Cup Sim Challenge officials have made a conscious decision to delay the start of their first ever virtual series. Listening to customers who incurred delays in equipment delivery due to the uptick in sim racing, the ROK Cup Sim Challenge will now commence April 27th. Additionally, the ROK Cup Sim Challenge has been added to the World’s Fastest Gamer program and each ROK Cup Sim Challenge Champion, 16+ with valid driver’s license, will have the chance to enter into America’s Fastest Gamer with the opportunity to advance to the World’s Fastest Gamer and compete for the $1 million prize and real-world race opportunity in 2021.
“With the delay comes some advantages to registered participants,” explained Garett Potter. “Registered and confirmed participants will now be able to test all week and do so on the ROK Cup platform. Working together with Mike Maurini, we opened up to ask our customers what they wanted, and the overwhelming majority asked for practice time on the NOLA track, while several other registered participants are waiting on equipment.”
With track locations for rounds two and three now confirmed, Sonoma Raceway and Charlotte Motor Speedway, registered participants will be able to practice at NOLA Motorsports Park beginning Monday at 10:00am CST.
The ROK Cup Sim Challenge is now part of the prestigious World’s Fastest Gamer thanks to our good friends at Torque Esports. For more information about World’s Fastest Gamer and the chance to compete for the $1 million prize and real-world race opportunity in 2021, please visit www.WFGamer.com.

Equipment checks will take place Friday, April 24th at 6:00pm CST.”
