Rok GP water or coolant?

Picked up a rok gp . What coolant should i use? Or should i use distilled water and wetter

Distilled water and wetter if you need extra cooling.

Any glycol coolants will likely be illegal per your rule set. Slippery coolant leaks are frowned upon.
