We have a rotax max evo with the electronic PV (2 wires earthed). We are not hitting power band about 80% of the time. Not long had a rebuild by Farley who serviced the PV and we check it ourselves.
Example 2 days ago. 10 laps engine consistently 58 degrees. Didn’t hit power band 3 out of 10 laps. 13,500 rpm when it does, 12,500 when not. Same sprocket (81) and same jet (122 restricted).
I’m out of ideas if anyone else has please?
