has anyone used shark shifter recently , trying to find away to reachthem thru email and can’t seem to find an email address for them , would call but being in canada and not having a long distance package for calling will be expensive for a quick simple question , if anyone has an email address for them that would be great

they ship quick but their shipping costs are insane. They quote me around $60 to ship a 7ish lb package standard transit, and I live in the US.
