Shifter - throttle point & line for a hairpin with long straight line exit

Hi there!

I’ve been running KZ shifter for quite a while.
Tried different line & throttle while attacking hairpin with long straight line exit. Knowing it’s better to go with v shape line but still see some onboard videos in which the drivers seem to be driving U line & applying throttle at geometric apex
.
Would like to look for advice from you guys…

Personally I found green line with throttle at “A” is faster than yellow line with throttle at “B” - am I correct with my experience? (am confusing because drivers in some youtube videos seem to go with yellow line & throttle point at “B”)

Please let me know your thought! I found green line with A could be 0.2-0.3 faster in a coming straight line… some huge difference
Thank you very much!

The stopwatch doesn’t lie. If you feel the A line is faster, then run the A line.

Personally the A line looks like a pass to me in which the apex was overcooked a tad. I personally would be rotating the kart right in the middle and then powering off as straight as possible. More of a symmetrical diamond line than the A line.
