Recently was at an event running my TM K9B shifter. On Saturday, I had no problems with the motor. on Sunday, My motor began to die after every hard left hand corner. It would sound like it had been completely shut off, not run for 5-6 seconds, then come back like nothing happened. It was getting harder to start throughout the day, and I went through the carb twice. I changed the main jet and the needle/seat. when it was on the stand, if I let it idle for a few seconds, then wacked the throttle, it would bog and die. I know it is a carb issue, its getting flooded out, as I still have a signal on the Alfano, but I can’t understand why it only does it in hard left hand corners. the carb is a Dellorto VHSH 30. I try to know everything I can, but this one has me stumped. Thanks
Not enough fuel in the float bowl (for a reason yet to determined), and it’s getting starved through the corner with movement of fuel in the bowl - just a guess.
Alternatively (and perhaps linked), as you move through the left hand corner, is your leg/something else pressing on the breather tube to the fuel tank.
