There’s no standard markings for OTK that indicate production year.
Have to call OTK and give them the numbers for them to tell you.

Since it’s a TKM chassis identifying it can be a bit different as they don’t have to be homologated with CIK.
I assume you’re in the UK? You could try strawberry racing, otherwise go direct to the source at OTK, see if they can help.

I would think Tal Ko might be able to tell you from the TKM Number too.
