You can dial back some of the changes you made, and that should help reduce hopping. Essentially you have too much rear weight transfer now and just need a little less. You can also play with driver body position. Sometimes, leaning out of a turn helps keep the outside tire planted, and sometimes leaning in helps keep the outside tire from being overloaded. Play with both approaches and see what helps. Also, less steering input towards those last laps may help since that reduces jacking. If the driver is having to countersteer out of the turn, less input on the first half of the turn may be helpful.
