Trueness/Reliabilty of Twistable Sprockets

Has anyone here used twistable sprockets like this? Do you have any problems with the bending messing up the pitch?

Asking as I am now going to be changing my sprocket much more often and I don’t wanna have to remove my entire axle to get at the carrier.

I have only ever run twist sprockets and never had any issues along with everyone else I’ve raced against, once you tighten them they become true again (as long as the cut is through a bolt hole)

Those are my favourite. They work great. Before I switch to the twist sprockets. I cutting a slit in regular one piece sprockets but I find these less likely to give me tight spots.

I also only use the twist Rocket Sprockets.

I’m seriously considering their two piece offering which has slots for the bolts which makes changing sprockets significantly faster because you just have to loosen the bolts be completely removing them for the twist sprocket.

I got a few that jumped the chain new. Overall they’ve been great.
