update i took it off now i just new to get a new bolt

Use a centre punch, hit directly down (where the dot is) once to get a good indent then angle the centre punch so it is going counter clockwise about 45 degrees and hit it a few times until it starts turning.

Alternatively you could get a triple square set and smack one in that is slightly larger.

It does look stripped…

Another option you could try is with a Dremel tool with a small cut off wheel, cut a slot across the top of the cap and use a flat blade screwdriver to remove it.

or
There are extraction tools that might work in that situation, but usually they need to be drilled into the head deeper, depending on the type you use.

Don’t feel bad I think this has happened everyone at least once.

Another method is to cut a groove of sorts by hammering a screwdriver into the edge to create a groove, then tapping it in a way to rotate the cap.

Not an great explantation but you might be able to get
somewhere with it.

All the methods mentioned above. I often find I can hammer a torq bit into it. Find one that is slightly larger.
The also sell Easy-Outs that would work. You would need a short stubby one. Something like this. Bolt Remover Alloy Steel Easy Out Screw And Bolt Extractor Set 10 Pcs Multi-spline Extractors 1/8 To 7/8in For Damaged Screws | Fruugo ZA
