Here’s a gear calculator sheet I made for the SSE. If you recall John Denman’s one for moto, this works the same way, but with the 175 ratios (Of course)

I’ve learned the starter option was removed because, apparently, there were issues with the starter motor brushes wearing or some such. I don’t know what starter the “Euro” SS variant has, but brushless starters are a thing these days.
Really hope IAME reconsiders & puts the starter option back in. I would’ve thrown down if they had.
