Will the seat crack or do I need to run a seat stay?

No problem of mounted without any tension and correct spacers distributing the load
Shouldn’t run seat stays on a KR. Not designed to have stays.
How do i get tension part right? I allways mess up and get cracks at bottom seat posts
Bend the bottom tabs to be parallel with the seat bottom so there is no tension.
