I recently bought my first kart. It’s a 2018 DR Racing kart with a World Formula engine, or Formula Mundial as they call it down here in Mexico. I stripped it mostly down and cleaned it up real nice but have yet to reinstall the fuel tank or carburetor. It needs a good carb cleaning (only runs with choke on, sat for 2 years). The previous owner told me that the motor will need a major service soon as it has quite a lot of hours on it.
Can anyone help me with some literature for this engine? Rebuild intervals, what a major service entails, tq specs, valve clearance specs, clutch service info etc? I’m 100% in the dark.
