I think it’s the other way around. The guy is divorcing Jean’s sister, not Jean divorcing the guy’s sister.

For the non-French:
Ville = Town, Neuve = New.
So basically same as New Castle.

I got a new front bumper after mine had all but fallen apart. First race in, someone spins sideways in the hairpin and I run right into him. No more clean front bumper
