You never know where you will find karting… Just randomly doom-scrolling reddit and I see this post which is almost creepy in how targeted it is toward me, especially because it’s from a subreddit I don’t even follow (though I do like Theo Von).
Okay so presumably this is a plate for DR Kart 5. Secondly, it’s in Wisconsin, so I probably know this person. What are the odds this gets posted and crosses my feed… Many worlds colliding. YOHB?
Hilarious that’s it’s randomly on a Theo Von sub, posted by someone who doesn’t get the vanity plate.

I listen Theo’s podcast from time to time. I think the vanity plate is a reference to “Dark Arts.” Theo uses this phrase frequently.

@Bimodal_Rocket you forgot the F’n on the picture: TJ F’n Koyen. 
At one point during my youth I had:
- A Toyota 4x4 pickup with fancy wheels and BFGoodrich tires, etc
- A Datsun 2000 roadster that was lowered, flared, stripped and zolaton painted interior… basically a street legal SCCA D-Production race car.
- A Yamaha RD 400 with full F2 fairing, seat, etc, race built motor with Toomey pipes, that was kind-of street legal (using hand signals for turning).
I never got around to doing it, but I was going to get the following vanity plates:
- IFLYHI
- IFLYLOW
- IFLYOFF

100% me and it’s why I didn’t drive my kart last weekend with injured ribs. I know what I’m like. 1/2 turns of feeling the G and I’m gonna want to get on it and light up the rubber.

That’s actually genius.
Well today im goign to disassemble my old chassis and get all the stuff over to the new frame… but i have a new brake system so i dont need to transfer that… long day of work infront of me:rofl:
