OMG! Perfection. I need this in my life. Must get expensive replacing monitors, though.
Oooh button boxes!! Analog sliders, too.
Aha a bkgmer2! The one thing I never understood is why they didn’t make the volume control normal. You have no idea what the power level is.
What software and effects are you running?
Your setup is very similar to what I had before the current rig.
You solved the pedal issue differently, however. I even had the same base as you.
I’ve only run the buttkicker off of split audio from the ps4. Haven’t gotten into setting it up for the PC. The PC is 2 days old.
And yeah, the pedals are bracketed and strapped to an aluminum plate I found, plate is screwed to some wood studs to give it the right elevation.
My solution was less elegant and involved zip ties and a much beefier pedal set.
You should DL simhub. It is donation ware. The split audio is fun but the software provides telemetry based ffb. You probably know that and mentioned that you are running PlayStation currently.
My dad (architect) just designed a $400k He-Shed for someone
I believe it had a sim rig in it.
Is that his old shed?
Yeap, 20 characters…
Jimmy simming in his shed, found a better place for the thoughts in his head.
Jimmy went far, became a big star.
Now he races a turboed sportscar.
A poem!
When does this come out on iTunes?
It’s gonna be an NFT, akchooly. A picture of his shed with the poem. I must make this happen.
I’ll start at 1.6 ethereum.
There’s a guy who sold NFTS of his f40, and you get invited to private car shows around the world as an owner. He also is considering giving rides in his CLKGTR to owners
Well at least they get a ride. That being said, you could probably rent a ferarri.
I personally think it’s awesome that this guy found happiness, fulfillment, and a living, doing sim.
His life can’t be that different from a Racer now in that he must be spending considerable time pitching ideas to sponsors.
Woot! How do you like it?
Just getting started. It’s weird be cause it’s instantly more convincing that I’m in an actual car. I had to turn the feedback way down for the Jetta, but I can definitely feel way way more than I did before. Just ran Lime Rock with some very consistent laps. Can’t wait to try some cars with grip next.
