My girlfriend has had some photography classes in highschool and stuff but nothing official. We also have a parent of one of our racers who tends to always capture good stuff. They both have good camera and lenses definitely helps. I try to mix between her and the parent sense they both take great stuff.
One thing I’ve really tried to put into my practice this year was posture. I spend so much time watching the pros and I just wanted to look they do in the karts. Im really happy with where it as at now compared to last year.
Recently I was reading about people using their body to help the kart turn. I think that is what you are talking about but that snippet didn’t have much detail.
I have been thinking about adding a wedge in the steering bender right now it feels like I’m driving a bus.
Basically I just moved it like every hole and tested how I felt. Flipping the stop around backwards etc. I wanted to have straighter legs while pressing on the stops. In theory your supposed to press on the stops in combination with your body movements. If you press your feet into the stops you can see the chassis flex
Thats awesome. Its really great that you have someone that photographs you like that, few do. I do enjoy taking photos, but, you can’t really do both, race + shoot.
Yeah, it was raining on and off all day, so kinda slick. I don’t know if he got hit, or what, but P1 (closest to cam) went around and across and at least 3 of us had to drive in the wet grass. Turn 1 of the first lap. Dude with the cam actually drilled me in the side pod, but surprisingly, only thing I saw messed up after the race was my axle must have moved .5 mm cuz my rotor was slightly rubbing the pads.
