You are correct! Cool idea.

unfortunately hire karts only as far as I’m aware

NJMP management, plz take note. I have seen things in those kart track toilet stalls that haunt me to this day.

We should switch gears to good tracks that are awful in some way.

Let’s begin with E-town. One of the few karting tracks that falls apart (literally) as you drive it. Also, ugly as sin. Races well, tho.

Hey now, @Andy_Kutscher @Ronald_Swift its definitely POSSIBLE to get pretty looking shots at G&J

MCC does film very well though. Anywhere with a lot of forest backdrop and a clean tarmac surface looks great.

Reel of some shots from USPKS

I think saint Nicholas in Kalamata is way to beautiful coz of the seaside nearby . Its in our plans to visit for practice this year

I haven’t been to many outdoor tracks, but I did like the Kart Track at VIR. The back half of the track is built on a hillside, so you get some challenging elevation changes from climbing a hill out of a hairpin and descending a hill with a off camber turn at the bottom. The area is full of rolling hills and lots of trees. In the fall, the color change is gorgeous and the kart track is shaded by lots of trees at its perimeter and it changes throughout the day.

As far as I know its only for Rentals.

They start lapping at 3:26, but the camera does look around prior to so you get a sense of the setting its in.
