But, the participants have to pay a track fee. So some races have a cost to enter the race/practice and the track charges a fee as well.
In the case of tracks that are owned by the race seties, that’s usually not the case.
Rental lapping gets a bit pricey. It’s like 20-25 per session typically. That adds up.
The races are usually a good deal. For example at NJMP, $75 for the race which was practice, quali, pre, final.
For us I think it was $85 (Practice, Quali, Race) to race. But I get that NJMP is a bigger ‘organization’ compared to mine, so prices should different.
