Is this even legal to use paddle shifter like this?
The e- units are probably only legal in mod shifter club level classes, if they have the category. Used to be allowed in KZ1, but not any more for reasons unknown to me, which is sad, as I was hoping it would bring some attention & validate its use in the class as an option racing accessory for the class. They really have matured nicely. Karting just wants to remain static, I guess.
That said, there are, I think, 2 mechanical cable systems that are universally legal.
Do you happen to know the type of motor 775? And what is the speed of the 42mm gearbox, trying to build one for myself
