Whilton Mill and Genk are quite nice.
The multiplayer beta changes how the game is enjoyed. Sessions are 15 mins and change tracks each time.
It’s kind of fun hopping on track and trying to put down a lap. Unlike TT, you don’t have all night, so it’s a bit more like irl.
Feels a bit like a quali session. There’s no collision yet so there’s no real racing, but folks are having fun chasing other ghosts.
Got the sad news from Fanatec that my CSL DD is now delayed until end of January. Decided to hop on iRacing and grind out a race with my trusty PS4 controller 
Not bad for not having been to the track before and making two laps of practice!

Thanks! Did another race (bringing me to 5 total) and was able to finish P2 as well as break out of Rookie and into Class D.
I’ve been using the MX-5 nearly exclusively…any recommendations for another car to try?

Looks fantastic on videos Whilton does. It’s a little flat but other than that bob on. I can feel my ribs just watching it.
I’ve spent a few sessions at both Genk and Wm? (What’s the nickname?). It is interesting in that they are rather similar.
Whilton undulates a bit more in real life (or at least feels lik eit). It looks a bit flat on kart kraft, but it’s mightily close… eerily so.
Yeah it is flat in Kk. It has some interesting complexes that surprise you a bit. Really nice in that if you are smart about it, you can carry some crazy early throttle.

It was there for about 6 laps 
. Interesting race I dunno everyone was really slow, I did a school boy error during rolling start n had to do a drive through end of lap one which put me dead last 
12 lap GT3 race, 12 runners, was up to P1 by lap 8, passing most around the outside at T12. Did my mandatory stop lap 11, crossed the line P2 30s ahead of P3. Fastest lap
