The faring is neat. Have not seen one like that. Is that current design or something older?
It’s an older one, like ten or fifteen years old. Has a radiator in it. Enough cooling for a 125 but not quite a 250 on a hot day. You just see the extra taped off radiator on the left side. This was a November race.

I saw one of those running at Road America (Big Track) in 2002/2003. The problem was when in a draft the temps would go up big time, not to mention the heat was blowing right at the driver.
EP1C radiator? Hegar used to sell them, iirc.
I think it was Eric Penz that designed them. The plumbing was different but they were very good from an aero/drag aspect, no radiator sail on the left side. The heat wasn’t bad, the water temp being 125 to 130 anyway. Of course we run in the west so a 100 degree day is pretty common.

I understand they made a front mounted radiator illegal in CIK stuff in the late 70’s or 80’s. Now all their bodywork is homologated. But I have not seen (or really been looking) any mention about that in WKA, IKF, KART, etc… With a axle driven water pump it would be a lot of plumbing.
I think team sticker kits look cool. If I’m not fast, I might as well look fast

But I appreciate the callout. It took me a second, but re-reading my posts in the topic I can see how you might get that “us vs them” impression which as @Bimodal_Rocket said, that’s not at all what the forums are meant to be.
Although it does (Intentionally) have a “karting is also for adults” element to it because that message is definitely underserved.
