Post your 2021 ride!

Twin :star_struck: currently causing me about 4 times the work to finish!

it is quite usual for Superkarts but they are soldered.

I think that’s why he specifically said KZ. Twin reed, vs twin rotary.

@R3Speed when do you plan to debut this?

The thing that jumps out to me is that it would also be two gearboxes, correct?

I guess we have to rename this topic from 2021 rides to @R3Speed explains his insane beast of a kart

No reason for there to be 2. Both cylinders are tied to a single reduction gear to drive the gearbox.

That engine looks wicked exotic/expensive/fast.

I think he is referring to the photo of Brown’s kart with what looks like 2 separate KZ engines mounted, one on each side.

Well I don’t have a kart right now. But this is what I’ll be working on this year. Porsche 992 GT3 Cup

Still waiting for my new Tecno to arrive here in Denmark

McKenna Porsche has been around along time.

Yep. That livery is pretty iconic. I’m the car chief for Hutton McKenna.

You could have a picnic on that rear wing.

D’oh! I scrolled right past that pic.

That looks wicked, too. I suspect a linked bump shift arm is at play.

I think it deserves its own topic under GoKart Projects & Restorations when @R3Speed is ready.

Sad thing is it’s a baby compared to the GT3.R hah

Posted in projects. Here is a picture of my 2021 backup ride :sunglasses:

Had to wait to get a picture I could use, but here’s one of the chassis I have currently set up for running in 2021

Just picked this up this week and finished assembling it yesterday. First time buying a new chassis so I hope this one treats me well.

Very Pretty! UK or Aus?

It’s a Will Power Kart, Indycar driver from Australia. He put the Aussie flag all over the livery hah. I’m in the US
