…keeping up with the classics theme, this was my small task for the day: gasket making to calibrate side play. Painful, but not that bad once you get the hang of it.
…some trimming and it’s good to go

If you hit 20k do you teleport to the next apex?
It will probably happen, if the piston doesn’t skyrocket through my elbow
That’s the fun part, I almost get a meditative feeling when making gaskets
I have fond memories of picking parts of an engine out of my suit once. Good times
Hahaha what a feeling:joy:
Visited dad today, found my old chassis that was made by the 2 guys from koenigsegg
Was really good in all conditions, dry and wet. 40x2mm rear axle, not common in the smaller classes.
Wildkart was responsible for all the other accessories, brakes etc
30mm tubing, they also had a 30/32 version. Pretty wicked in the smaller classes. But it did work
Messed around last night and made these racing stripes with some vinyl tape that I have.
I have been considering getting some custom graphics made with some sort of racing striped theme so I figured I would see what they might look like over the Tony graphics just for kicks.
Still not sold on it, but it does add some pizzazz
Edit: updated color scheme
I like it! …20 charec
Looks cool!
20 sprockets
What does “20 sprockets” mean?!
An alternative to 20 Ch#### which it blocks.
Note that Yousef had to misspell that word.
In the future, to avoid confusion, I will use 20 Charos instead.
I didn’t know about the minimum character requirement here. Embarrassingly, it took me a bit to piece all that together. I was busy trying to decipher your hip lingo.
“20 charos bro!! good job!!”
I’m not sure I could handle 20 Charos…
Tried to find an oil leak on my son’s LO206. The case gasket by the clutch is leaking towards the top. Luckily it’s a holo motor and won’t be legal after this year so going to cut the seals and replace the gasket and use it as a practice motor. Good times.
Today was the first test with the new Tecno
G10.
I didn’t tweak anything, it felt slightly understeery. But some tweaks and we are on track again
Stickers is on its way!
1st time posting on here. Just picked up my first kart last week after a couple years of rental kart fun. Got a Margay Ignite K3. Spent today at the local track, Pitt Race, getting to know some of the guys and watching some good racing! Looking forward to gearing up this winter to hit the track next year!
Welcome! I’m also a Pitt Race club guy see you around!
