Yes no problem. I loaded our van all the time when I was younger.
Remove rear bumper
Just push the kart all the way to the van and flip it up, then get in and wiggle it into place and secure
And just the same but reversed when taking it out

Thanks Lucas!! If you guys never hear from
Me again something went terribly wrong……
well we are a 3 person team so always we share the work , but i think if i will use the semi automatic stand outside of the van and put the kart inside then its douable to lift it vertical and tight to the wall
Mounted the Swiss cheese today as I felt the old Tillett was way too stiff unfortunately.
Also took it 2cm more forward, these old chassis doesn’t like the seat all the way back
Thats a good looking seat. I can tell its been loved and well tested because of the number of holes.
Haha it’s the benchmark!
Been into 6 different chassis
The bottom has so much epoxy and sticks up so far my a$$ that I could smell it
lol that seat has seen some things
It sure has
The nice thing is that I still fit in it
The softer seat did work out, but I felt it was too much in the slower corners. Settled down to fast, had a tendency to bog out of the corners
Anyway, it paid off. 1st in the club championship
Now that’s a trophy!
Absolutely lovely
Track day with @DTwerks who graciously invited me out for a practice day! Track was getting pretty hot and was really dusty making it really hard to not slide the kart. It got better as we did more laps and cleaned it up but still a second off a race day lap.
Clutch assembly sunday . And yes this side of my crankcase has seen the napoleon wars as lukas will said in the future comments … smile
Got these two ready for some father/son shenanigans at jacksonville (103rd) next weekend. Installed some good used tires, with a backup set of hards (maxxis T4) for each one mounted on spare wheels. 1.41 gearing on old honda, 1.35 on the KZ. Also went a little richer on jetting for both engines for the long straight (-100mph).
Curious to see if my guess on gearing for the KZ is good. The old mod honda has a pro class podium setup for the track from back in the day, so I know she’ll be rollin’.
It will be Riley’s first time in the KZ and second time in the CRG. He recently got his first podium in tillotson sr at Orlando, his skill is coming along nicely. He was within a second of me (back to back sessions) in the old shifter the first time he drove it a few months back. Can’t wait to see what he thinks of the KZ.
you guys need to come race with us at 103rd on November 9th. we have a pretty good group of shifters.
What weight for the KZ and old honda? What tires? The old honda is not quite as fast as the KZ around orlando. The honda with me is 388, the kz is 412 with lead for masters weight.
